Belt buckle has a black background and the word Plumber is in red

Back of buckle is marked 1991 C&J Inc

Made in the USA

CJ 1065 inside a oval circle

C+J inside a circle

Hook for belt is fastened to an Eagle on the back

Buckle measures 2 7/8" L x 2 1/4" W

and will take a belt up to 1 1/2" wide

Buckle has been used, but I do not see any scratches or marks
